About the event
The Advanced Leadership Development Series is a collaborative endeavour between (Future) Southeast Asian Centre for Workplace Wellbeing at Monash University Malaysia and Malaysian Doctor Healthcare Management Society (MDHMS). This one-day leadership development workshop series aims to equip middle and senior hospital administrators with advanced leadership competencies focused on managing diverse teams, capitalising analytics for informed decisions and reflecting upon the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in hospital management. Through a combination of interactive discussions, case studies and self-assessments, participants will gain insights into effective leadership knowledge and skills tailored to the healthcare sector.
